International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

International shipping times can vary depending on where the order is being shipped to and what service was selected at checkout. Shipping times can take anywhere from 3-21+ business days. For example, some approx. arrival dates to Europe are 10-12 days, Asia 15-17 days, and Australia 10-12 days.

Shipments to any country in the world are being shipped with USPS priority service, which can take up to 20 business days, depending on what side of the world you are.

At the same time, we understand you would love to receive your Selk' faster, so the option of DHL express service is also available, which can take between 2-5 days to arrive.

 

If tracking has not been updated in more than 14 business days then you may want to contact your customs department and/or local postal service to see if they have this order in their system yet.

Import duties and taxes to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Selk'bag is, in no way, responsible for these costs.

If the buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specific duties and/or taxes, Selk'bag shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfillment cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer.
