Shortly after you make a purchase with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped from our warehouse. If you don't receive the confirmation email, chances are that you entered your email incorrectly or check your spam folder just in case!
We try our best to get orders that are purchased before 1 PM EST shipped out the same day, but depending on a few factors, it might take until the next day business day to be shipped.
Note: We are currently unable to ship orders over the weekend. Orders placed after Friday at 1 PM EST and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.
