Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be processed to the original payment method used on your order and a notification will be sent. Shipping charges are not reimbursable and will be deducted from the refund.

Refund will process within 7 business days once the product is received by our warehouse. 

Note: Selk'bag does not pay for shipping on returns, exchanges, or replacements. To track your return, please keep a copy of your shipment tracking number.
